Host Your Own Online Candle Party

Earn credit towards your own candle purchases!!!

Step #1  Decide on a three week period in which to hold your candle party.

Step #2  Simply send us an email at dvc@dejavucandles.com, (subject line: candle party) to let us know that you are planning to hold an online party and proceed to step #3!

Step #3  Contact all your friends and family through an online invite of your own or  thru www.evite.com. Please contact us at dvc@dejavucandles.com to make us  aware of how many guest to expect and what dates you will be holding your party (VERY IMPORTANT)!

Step #4  Encourage your friends and family to visit our website and order, order, order!! Make sure in your invite that you direct them to www.dejavucandles.com and have them reference your name as the party host/hostess in the comments section (VERY IMPORTANT). They will go online and order as if they where placing a regular order and once processed we will ship to their address.

Step #5  Once the party comes to a close, we will accumulate all of the orders. We will then contact you by email with your total credit earned based on the total party sales before tax and S&H.  At that time you may go ahead and place your order online. Please make sure to reference your name as the host/hostess and the credit earned in the comments section. Your card will be charged accordingly! 

Your guest may pay by credit card, check or PayPal, however we will not ship any orders until payment is received. So any guest sending a check, please note that the processing time may vary as we wait for payment! Otherwise we will process and ship all orders within 7-10 business days from the close of your party! All guest will be notified by email once their order has shipped with tracking information. 

What you will receive for hosting an online candle party

*You will receive a free 4oz candle of your choice just for hosting an online party

*You will receive a credit of 20% of the total sales of your party before tax and S&H

*If your total sales exceed $150.00 we will throw in a free 12oz candle of your choice

*For every guest that books an online party, you will receive 1 free air freshener spray of your choice
